What happens after you book the call
- You choose a time in the calendar. The call is free.
- At that time, you meet Marcus on a video call. The camera is up to you.
- You talk for 15–20 minutes: what you need English for, when you're usually free, what you've tried before. There's no level test.
- If MEI is right for you, Marcus matches you with your MEI tutor, Cambridge CELTA-qualified, and agrees your weekly slot, or slots. If the call goes well for both of you, the first lesson can be the following week.
What happens after you write
The form asks two questions and your email. Your message goes to Marcus, and Marcus replies himself, by email; we use your address only for that. If you write on WhatsApp, he replies there. Whichever way you start, the next step is a short call with him: we take on new students after a first call.
Why there's no booking form for lessons
You won't find a calendar of free lessons on this site. Your day and time are agreed with Marcus in the call, once he knows your week and your goals. Prices are public: see MEI lesson prices.
If you're asking for your company
For a team of 3 to 8 people, the first step is the same: a call with Marcus about the team, its goals and its timetable. After the call, we prepare a quote for the group. Read more about English courses for companies.

Do I need to prepare anything for the call?
No. It helps to think about what you need English for and when you're usually free. There's no level test, and the camera is optional.
Is the call free?
Yes. The first call with Marcus is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
Which languages can we speak in the call?
English, Italian, Spanish or Russian. Choose the one you're most comfortable in.
Can I book lessons directly on the site?
No. We take on new students after a first call, where we agree your tutor and your weekly slot, or slots. Prices are on the pricing page.
I'm getting in touch for my company. Is it the same?
Yes: book the call or write to Marcus. For groups of 3 to 8 people we prepare a quote per group. For one or two people, we use individual or paired lessons.
